We are seeking two full-time, dedicated and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. Our office is a growing, family-oriented team who work closely together to meet the needs of our growing patient population. We are well-established and the office has been in operation for over 25 years.

We are moving to a new, state of the art facility and looking for 2 Registered Dental Hygienist to grow with us!

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. This position requires a strong commitment to patient education and preventive oral health practices, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We are a growing practice, with a well-established patient basis. This position could lead to full-time as we transition into our new physical location in the new year.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing of teeth.
Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and document findings accurately.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Assist in the development of individualized patient care plans.
Collaborate with dentists and other dental professionals to provide optimal patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records using Tracker dental software.
Uphold strict infection control protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications

Successful completion of Dental Hygiene diploma/degree.
In good standing with CDHO.
Experience in a dental office setting preferred; familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
Proficiency in Tracker is considered an asset.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance patient interactions; Polish as a second language is an asset!
A commitment to continuing education and staying current with industry standards.

This position is set to begin in late April 2025 as we look for the most ideal candidate.
