As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in educating patients on proper dental hygiene practices while performing essential clinical tasks to support the overall health of our patients.

Duties

Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations, including scaling and polishing teeth.
Assess and document patients' oral health status, including periodontal assessments.
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and the importance of regular dental visits.
Collaborate with dentists to develop treatment plans for patients.
Maintain accurate patient records.
Assist in the management of patient flow within the office to ensure efficient operations.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.
Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and procedures.

Experience

Previous experience as a Dental Hygienist is preferred, with a strong understanding of medical terminology.
Familiarity with dental office procedures and protocols is essential.
Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse patient populations.
Experience in pediatrics or orthodontics is highly desirable but not mandatory.
Background in clinical workflows.
Strong customer service skills are essential for building rapport with patients and ensuring their comfort during visits.

Pay: $38.00-$44.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
