Requirements
Registered by the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario
Completion of a diploma in Dental Hygiene
Baccalaureate degree in Dental Hygiene or a related field is an asset
Current knowledge and skills necessary to provide comprehensive dental hygiene services
Current CPR certification
Previous experience working with children, seniors, and vulnerable populations in a clinical setting
Experience working in the Public Health sector is preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to work independently and take initiative
Technical skills in documentation, Microsoft Office Suite, and database software
Experience with ABELDent and Oral Health Information Support System (OHISS) is an asset
Knowledge of working with diverse populations and health inequities
Possession of a valid Class 'G' Ontario Driver's License and use of a vehicle for work-related purposes OR ability to arrange transportation to multiple locations in London and Middlesex County
Communication proficiency (written and verbal) in French and/or any other language is highly desirable
