We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Duties

Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and assessments for patients, ensuring adherence to best practices in oral hygiene.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Assist in the management of patient records using power practice software, ensuring accurate documentation of treatment plans and patient interactions.
Collaborate with dentists to provide optimal care for patients, including those requiring orthodontic or pediatric services.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Stay current with advancements in dental hygiene practices and participate in ongoing professional development.

Experience

Valid RDH license and certification to practice in the state.
Experience in a dental office setting is preferred, with familiarity in periodontics, pediatrics, or dental assisting considered a plus.
Proficiency in medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the healthcare team.
